Your first appointment will be 53 minutes long and will entail a full biopsychosocial assessment. Here we will answer any questions that you may have as well as gathering some background information on what may be bringing you to therapy. Some examples would include: presenting problem, medication and medical history, family history, social history, trauma history and so on.
